Satria Yoga comes from the principles and practises of the Satria Fighting Arts. It has 144 postures (known as 'Sikap') and movements. Satria Yoga can be practised as a supplement training to the SFA, to condition the body for the postures and movements used in self-defence, or it can be practised independantly as its own practise and gain the physical health and well-being benefits, mental and emotional balance as well. The 144 postures and movements promote and encourages many health benefits - from physical strength, core stability, mobility, agility, increase flexibility, improve blood flow circulation through movements and and may other heath benefits.
